Most injuries and pain involve imbalances and strength deficits. Not everyone needs the same exercises as someone else. Therapeutic exercise is designed specifically for each individual to improve patient outcomes and reduce the chances of re-injury.
Therapeutic exercise is the final step to recovery in our office to, reinforce the progress that has been made. It is important that prior to starting exercise we have the problem area moving like it should. Once proper motion is returned, we initiate specific exercises to improve strength and capacity of the injured area.
